Is it too late? I don’t want to grow up. I want to play, fly…dream. I want to live the impossible all while traveling the world, homeschooling my kids, eating fancy foods like crab and avocado deviled eggs, taking bubble baths with lots of bubbles…in between appearances on the Today Show and playing “real life” dress up in fancy clothes.
If I believe it, then I can achieve it. And even if it doesn’t happen for me, the dream is what keeps us alive. That’s why I can’t wait to see Finding Netherland at Washington Theatre in Washington DC later this month.
Where is It: The National Theatre in Washington, DC
Finding Neverland tells the story of Peter Pan and is based on the film of the same name. In Finding Neverland, Playwright J.M Barrie is struggling to find inspiration. He leaves his home for Neverland where anything is possible, dreams don’t die, imagination rules and the wonder of childhood lasts forever.
When is It: Tuesday February 26 – Sunday March 3rd.
How Long is It: 2 hours and 25 minutes
Opening night is on February 26th. Between opening night and the last show on March 3rd, there are eight performances, so you have a few opportunities to see a show that will not only leave an impression on your kids but, on yourself and the rest of the family.
To celebrate the beloved story and opening of Finding Neverland, I’m super excited to be giving away a family 4-pack of tickets to see the show at the National Theatre in DC.
