Easy Honey Spiced Nuts

These easy honey spiced nuts are the perfect balance of sweet and spicy and only take about 15 minutes to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup pecans or nuts you prefer
  • 1/2 cup cashews or any nuts you prefer
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 tsp Kosher sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Pour a l/2 cup of honey into a pot and gently heat with cayenne pepper and cinnamon.
    1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup raw honey, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Keep the mixture on low heat for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
  • Add the nuts into the honey mixture.
    1/2 cup pecans, 1/2 cup cashews, 1 cup raw almonds
  • Add salt and rosemary.
    1 tsp Kosher sea salt, 2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
  • Stir well to coat.
  • Spread the nuts evenly in a single layer on a lined baking sheet or you can use cooking spray.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with brown sugar.
    2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Allow to cool slightly before removing from parchment paper and breaking apart.
  • Enjoy warm or allow to cook completely before enjoying.
  • Store any remaining in an airtight container.

Notes

The nuts mentioned in this recipe are suggested. Feel free to use any combination for raw nuts that you like.
