These easy honey spiced nuts are the perfect balance of sweet and spicy and only take about 15 minutes to make.

pecans
or nuts you prefer
1/2
cup
cashews
or any nuts you prefer
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/2
cup
raw honey
2
tbsp
brown sugar
2
tbsp
fresh rosemary leaves
1
tsp
Kosher sea salt
1/2
tsp
cayenne pepper
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Pour a l/2 cup of honey into a pot and gently heat with cayenne pepper and cinnamon.
1/2 tsp cinnamon,
1/2 cup raw honey,
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Keep the mixture on low heat for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
Add the nuts into the honey mixture.
1/2 cup pecans,
1/2 cup cashews,
1 cup raw almonds
Add salt and rosemary.
1 tsp Kosher sea salt,
2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
Stir well to coat.
Spread the nuts evenly in a single layer on a lined baking sheet or you can use cooking spray.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Allow to cool slightly before removing from parchment paper and breaking apart.
Enjoy warm or allow to cook completely before enjoying.
Store any remaining in an airtight container.
Notes
The nuts mentioned in this recipe are suggested. Feel free to use any combination for raw nuts that you like.
