Slow Cooker

ghee                      garlic cloves   yellow onion        stew beef beef broth            butternut squash  sea salt                ground cumin  thyme                   all-purpose seasoning             chili  powder diced tomatoes with green chilis   bay leaf   

Ingredients 

Step 1

Step 1

Add ghee to pot. Sauté garlic and onions until soft.

Step 2

Step 2

Remove onions and brown beef.

Step 3

Step 3

Remove beef once brown.  Add beef brown and scrape bits at bottom of pot.

Step 4

Step 4

Add the broth to the slow cooker along with, beef and butternut squash.

Step 5

Step 5

Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
