HEALTHY CHOCOLATE FLAXSEED PUDDING

Sometimes you just need a little chocolate in your life. A king-sized Hershey's milk chocolate bar with almonds binge may have been fine in the past, but it's time to start making better choices.

This recipe for chocolate flaxseed pudding puts “healthy” and “chocolate” in the same together and it’s exactly what you need.

Ingredients

Ground flaxseed Cocoa powder Coconut milk  Maple syrup Vanilla extract

To ground flaxseed add cocoa powder, coconut milk, vanilla and maple syrup. (Make sure that coconut milk is mixed well before adding).

Step 1

Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Step 2

Garnish with fresh fruit (like raspberries) and fresh mint.
