Ingredients

– Lime – Orange – Chili powder – Ground cumin – Chipotle peppers – Olive oil – Chicken breast

Mix lime juice, lime zest, orange juice, oil, garlic, sugar, chili, cumin, canned chipotle peppers, parsley, cilantro, salt and pepper.

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into cubes or small pieces.

Step 2

Place the chicken pieces in the marinade and let sit in the refrigerator for 1-6 hours. I recommend at least 2 hours for optimal flavor.

Cut the pepper and onion into squares.
