Golden Chai Latte Recipe

I found out about golden milk and the allure of the sunshine yellow turmeric and it’s anti-inflammatory benefits were equally hard to resist.

Ingredients

– Coconut milk – Almond milk – Black tea bags – Maple syrup – Ground turmeric – Ground cinnamon – Cinnamon sticks

cook Time:10 Min

To medium pot add milk, tea bags, maple syrup, turmeric, cinnamon, whole clove, grated ginger, black pepper and vanilla.

Step 1

Place on medium heat and whisk intermittently.

Step 2

Cook for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Pour the beverage into a strainer into a bowl.
