Easy No Bake Pumpkin Balls

These easy pumpkin balls are made from wholesome ingredients like dates, almond flour and of course pumpkin.

What makes this pumpkin recipe even more amazing is that it is sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, no-cook/no-bake, and will be ready for in 15 minutes.

Ingredients

– Pumpkin puree – Almond flour – Flaked (unsweetened) coconut – Dates (pitted) – Cinnamon – Vanilla extract

Blend dates in a food processor until smooth.

Step 1

In a large bowl, add pumpkin, pureed dates, almond flour,1/2 cup of the flaked coconut, cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander, vanilla and sea salt.

Step 2

Mix well until all the ingredients are blended.

Step 3

Using a rounded teaspoon drop some of the mixture into the palms of your hands and then roll into leftover 1/4 cup of flaked coconut.
