almond flour        tapioca flour  dried cranberries  raisins  coconut sugar      baking soda  egg                         apple cider vinegar salt                         vanilla          coconut oil  almond milk     cinnamon    cardamon  orange zest        ginger   

Ingredients

In bowl combine almond flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, cranberries, raisins, orange zest & salt.

Combine butter and sugar.

Step 3

Add eggs, vinegar to vanilla bowl with sugar & vanilla. Add wet ingredients to dry.

Step 4

Step 4

Use ice cream scoop to fill muffin tin 3/4 of the way.

Step 5

Step 5

Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
