As many as 60 million people in the United States suffer from seasonal allergies. The sneezing, the scratchy throat, the water eyes. It’s definitely no fun. If you’re looking for some help, these three things can help with seasonal allergies…naturally.

When it comes to seasonal allergies, a proactive versus reactive approach is best. But, if you or a family members need relief from allergic rhinitis sooner versus later, all hope is not lost. Add these things to your arsenal and relief may be sooner than you think.

True Hepa Air Purifier

When it comes to natural seasonal allergy relief, a good hepa air purifier is a must. One of my favorites is RabbitAir. Their air purifiers are stylish, efficient and available on Amazon. In fact, I’m so pleased with how true hepa air purifiers keep the air clean that I own multiple units.

If you or someone in your household has seasonal allergies, using an air purifier is great for keeping the outdoors out of your nose and throat.

Not to mention, the A3 Air Purifier and MinusA2 front panel now feature original artwork by Marina Easter Castaldo.

Honey is a powerful tool to use for seasonal allergies. Not only does it have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, but honey has antihistamine and decongestant benefits too. Additionally, the ingestion of raw local honey has the added benefit of containing pollen from local flowers.

The reason this is so important is that taking honey ahead of the peak spring allergy season can really help to reduce symptoms of spring allergies.

To do this, start by ingesting one teaspoon of local raw honey once a day. You can slowly increase the amount from there.

Manuka honey has also shown promising benefits for natural seasonal allergy relief.

If you want to take your natural seasonal allergy relief even further, try this recipe for fermented garlic honey.

Neti Pot

Neti pots are a great addition to holistic wellness and helps congested noses get clear. This neti pot is dishwasher safe and sanitary. If your kids or grandkids are younger, you may want to opt for a pediatric rinse kit.
