It’s August. Time for back to school, Labor Day and making sure you do all the things to end the year strong.

I’m back from my mini summer sabbatical and am reinvigorated more than ever to get back to writing, educating and sharing things that matter to me and my community most.

What’s that mean?

Get ready for some new natural foodie recipes, wellness ideas and things that will challenge your thoughts of what health is at it’s core.

In doing so, my focus will be more so be on disseminating life-changing information, and transforming wellness beliefs, versus publishing Pulitzer prize winning food photographs, so bare with me.
