April is Alcohol Awareness Month. And while having an alcohol problem is not one that I can relate to directly, I’ve seen many people struggle over the years. In the last few years in particular, a growing amount of woman have been struggling in silence. The pressures of raising kids, house and home, relationships, work and taking care of family members requires healthy methods to cope.
