An easy recipe for dairy free strawberry cream popsicles. These popsicles are dairy free, vegan, gluten free and paleo and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup fresh strawberries (reserve 1/2 cup for slicing)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp honey

Instructions

Put all ingredients (excluding 1/2 cup strawberries in a blender and blend for a few seconds until smooth).

Pour into popsicle molds leaving about an inch from top empty.

Use remaining strawberry slices and gently place on the inside (sides) of molds for visual appeal.
