Do you know what I love? Freshly made guacamole. It’s the stuff that keeps me coming back for more. If you’re looking for a yummy guacamole recipe for game day, Cinco de Mayo or any day for that matter… this is the recipe for you. It’s one of the tastiest way to use up ripe avocados. Now you can get fancy and dress up your guacamole with all types of goodies but, I decided to keep this recipe simple. Besides, once you get the basic recipe down, then you can add anything else you’d like.
So please, pretty please just skip the store bought stuff. Who knows how long it’s been sitting there?
And once you try this guacamole recipe, you’ll wonder what took you so long. Yeah…it’s that good. It’s great with fresh cut vegetables, pita bread and of course tortilla chips!
That’s my absolute favorite way to eat it.
And the kids love it too. I had to quickly stash the rest of the guacamole away before they made it through the whole bowl.
This guacamole is the one that is going to make your next game day or snack time a success. Eat with tortilla corn chips or your favorite vegetables.
Enjoy!

I love fresh guacamole, I could eat it with a spoon! I’ve never put garlic in mine, but I may have to try that! Thanks for the great recipe at Merry Monday!
