A tasty roasted brussels sprouts recipe with crispy bacon.
2 pounds brussels sprouts (bottom trimmed and cut in half)
4 strips cooked crispy bacon
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp wild honey
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Put brussels sprouts, pepper, salt, oil, honey and cooked bacon in resealable plastic bag.
Shake well.
Put in baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes turning halfway through.
Put broiler on “high” and cook for 5 minutes more.
