About Yogurt as a Superfood

Summertime is the perfect time for enjoying frozen healthy treats. Raw yogurt is filled with natural probiotics, is creamy and delicious. The problem with many store bought yogurt brands is that they are filled with sugar and artificial addictive.

It’s like eating gloried “health” junk food with probiotics added back in.

But, the truth is natural raw yogurt is, a nutritious superfood that has existed for thousands of years. Particularly, some of the oldest and healthiest people routinely include traditional yogurt as part of their diet. For example Bulgaria has a high volume of centenarians. Additionally,  a resident from Spain, who once held the title of “oldest person in the world“, mentioned that she ate yogurt three times a day.

She lived to the ripe age of 117.

If you can’t get your hands on raw milk yogurt, look for a handful of organic full fat brands with four to five star Cornucopia Institute ratings.
