I love breakfast. As a matter of fact, it’s my favorite meal of the day. Although I feel this way, I have noticed that many of my friends and clients struggle with breakfast. Some people just don’t like to cook first thing in the morning. Others, say they just don’t have the time. So, I have prepared 6 quick and healthy breakfasts that will have feeling full in no time. There is something for everyone. Even for the person that just wants something light.

We will tackle 3 breakfasts today and 3 more in the next post (hopefully later this week). Enjoy!

Grape-Nuts with Peaches & Maple

sliced peaches in milk and cereal

Everyone loves cereal. Grape-nuts have great fiber and protein which help to keep you full. The fruit and maple are an extra special touch.

Ingredients:

Grape-nuts cereal
almond milk
sliced peaches (they are not in season now, so I used canned)
1 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:

Prepare cereal with almond milk. Finish with sliced peaches and drizzle with real maple syrup. So simple but so delicious.

These are breakfasts that you can use to start your day full but guilt-free. I hope you enjoy!

Hey Nisha. It is absolutely delish. If you or any other women reading this recipe happen to be “expecting”, just make sure to slighly heat the salmon first, to be safe. If not, indulge freely.
