Ingredients

1/2 oatmeal
1 1/4 almond milk
1 cup cranberries
1 cinnamon stick
1–2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp fresh grated orange zest
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
Place milk cranberries, cinnamon, vanilla and milk in medium saucepan
Heat cranberries and milk (on medium heat) until cranberries just start to “pop and burst”. Monitor closely as the milk can boil quickly. (about 10 min)
Once the cranberries start to burst add oatmeal, sugar, salt and orange zest
Cook oatmeal for 15 minutes or until desired texture is achieved
