I may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post. Ultimately, this helps to support my green tea habit.
As a frequent traveler with kids, I am always on the look out for new, fun and exciting activities for our children. Although they are still relatively young, I appreciate any hotel or guest property that will not only acknowledge but, cater to their needs and some of their wants too. That’s one reason I was swooning when I stayed at the Generations Riviera Maya in Mexico, earlier this year.
Specifically, at Eko Kids club, children 12 and under can relax, play, be entertained and have lots of fun being a kid. In addition, now thanks to MasterChef Junior season one winner Alexander Weiss, they can learn hands-on cooking basics too! The program is called Little Eko Chefs.
Little Eko Chefs will kick off with Alexander on the weekend of August 15-17, 2014 at the Eko Kids Club at the Generations Riviera Maya hotel. Kids will have the opportunity to experience hands-on cooking, learn cultural facts and get savvy with eco food basics.
Sounds like fun right? I am passionate about getting kids in the kitchen from the time they are “little bits” and this program certainly suits the bill.
Have your kids tried any fun programs while on vacation? Tell me about it.
