Lazy No Cook Vegan Refried Beans

These healthy and tasty no cook refried beans are so good and take only 10 minutes to make.


  • 2 cans pinto beans (unsalted, liquid reserved)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • Garnish
  • Scallions


  1. Save the liquid from one can of pinto beans.
  2. Add both cans of beans and liquid into food processor.
  3. Add remaining ingredients (garlic, cumin, cilantro, salt, pepper) and pulse until desired consistency
  4. Serve and refrigerate any remaining.
