One of the most popular frosting recipes is cream cheese frosting. It’s popularity has to do with the fact with that not only because the frosting is creamy but, it’s tastes great too.

Especially if you’re making carrot cake or carrot cake muffins cream cheese frosting is the frosting of choice. I decided to give cream cheese frosting a makeover and make it refine sugar and dairy free.

This creamy dairy free frosting is the perfect topping for these grain free carrot muffins.

In fact, Easter is coming up and carrot cake is one of the most popular Easter recipes. But rather than carrot cake, I decided to make these grain-free carrot muffins. They’re almost guilt-free and pretty tasty too. With Easter and Mother’s Day coming up, it’s a good time to gather up some tasty healthy recipes for brunch or lunch.

By the way, this creamy dairy frosting only has three ingredients and contains no refined sugars.

Store remaining frosting in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
