- Rinse the cranberries before use.
- Place the cranberries, fresh juice of orange, cinnamon, honey, vanilla and cinnamon in a pot.
- Boil on medium heat.
- You will hear the cranberries start to sizzle and then pop.
- Stir slowly.
- As the cranberries start to burst, the sauce will get thicker and thicker.
- Remove from the heat after 10-15 minutes.
- There should be no whole cranberries left.
- You can garnish this deliciousness with additional orange zest if desired.

- 1 cinnamon stick

- zest of one orange
- Place cranberries in medium pot with orange juice, cinnamon, vanilla, ginger and orange peel on medium-low heat.
- Listen for when the cranberries start to pop.
- After 10-15 minutes, all the cranberries will be ready.
- Remove from heat, let cool and refrigerate or enjoy right away.
