Ingredients

  • 4 peaches
  • mascarpone cheese
  • honey
  • vegetable oil for brushing
  • mint to garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut peaches in half and remove pits
  2. Brush halves with oil
  3. Grill peaches on medium heat for 3-5 minutes (total) on both sides
  4. Spoon mascarpone in the center of each peach and drizzle with honey
  5. Garnish with fresh mint
