Summer just isn’t summer until you fire up the grill. And believe me, summer barbecues are not just about bbq chicken and potato salad. It’s also about watermelon, corn and peaches. This time it’s all about peaches. When selecting peaches, make sure you get the ones that are fragrant and firm, yet will dent when you press your finger into them.
Wash and dry the peaches thoroughly. Once the peaches are off the grill, these beauties need to be treated right.
Creamy mascarpone and sweet wild honey will certainly do the trick.
Since this recipe has just a few ingredients, making sure that they are high quality is key. The peaches of course are the star of the show. So make sure that they are ripe and sweet.
After that, things just easy.
