How to Make Apple Celery Cucumber Juice

  1. Rinse all the produce and pat dry. 
  2. Cut into small chunks. 
  3. Add the apples, celery and cucumber to the blender or food processor.
  4. Peel a knob of ginger, cut it in slices and add to the blender. 
  5. Add the spinach and the juice of one lemon. 
  6. ​Blend for 45 seconds. 
  7. Line a mesh strainer with cheese cloth and pour the mixture in. 
  8. Twist the cheesecloth to get all of the juice extracted. 
  9. Store any remaining juice in a mason for up to 3 days. 
Yield: 2 cups

Celery Cucumber Juice

Celery cucumber juice is a healthy green juice prepared with just a few ingredients. Made with organic produce, the juice is the perfect combination of whole vegetables like celery stalks and juicy cucumbers for a natural and healthy nutritional boost. 

Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes


  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 green apples (cored)
  • 1 knob ginger
  • 1 cup spinach
  • juice of one lemon


  1. Rinse and chop celery, cucumber and celery and chop into small pieces. Add it to a blender.
  2. Peel the ginger and slice thinly.
  3. Add ginger, spinach and juice of one lemon to the blender.
  4. Pulse and then blend for 45 seconds.
  5. Put a strainer over a bowl and line it with cheese cloth.
  6. Pour the mixture into the strainer.
  7. Close the cheesecloth slightly and begin to turn and twist.
  8. Continue to squeeze until all the juice is extracted.
  9. Discard the remnants in the trash or compost.
  10. Store any juice in a mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.


Can use a blender or food processor to make this juice, although a high speed blender is preferred.
