Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bunch kale
  • olive oil
  • sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees
  2. Soak kale in water, rinse and pat dry with towel
  3. Tear kale into bite sized pieces (ribs removed)
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flip over and bake for 10 minutes more
  6. Enjoy
