Born in China is coming to theaters on April 21st and if this film is not on your radar, let me tell you why it should be.
You will see China in a Whole New Light
I’ve never been to China but whenever I’ve thought about the country, I’ve always thought cityscapes and people. Lots and lots of people. I didn’t think about picturesque mountain sides and the magnificent wildlife that the country has to offer. Getting a sneak peak of Born in China broke some stereotypes I had of what China is like. Obviously China is so much more.
A Great Way to Celebrate Earth Day
Born in China will be in theaters every where on April 21st. Since Earth Day is on April 22nd, I can’t think of a better way to celebrate. Besides, moviegoers that see Born in China during the opening week (April 21-27th), will help conservation efforts because Disneynature will make a contribution to the World Wild Life Fund based on opening week numbers.
Jammed Packed with Educational Nuggets
As a homeschooling mom, one of the things that gets me excited is finding free homeschool lessons that I didn’t have to lift a finger to create.
Born in China is packed with lots of information on wildlife, habitats and more. To make sure you don’t miss any of these educational nuggets, Disneynature put together an educator’s guide and an activity guide to go along with the movie. Side note: After seeing the movie, going through the activities made the movie come alive even more.
