The more I live this delicious life, the more I appreciate the goodness of natural food made with simple whole ingredients. Simple clean ingredients that are at the foundation of natural health and wellness.

On a hot day, there is nothing more refreshing than eating something cold and icy. And if you can get your hands on a healthy frozen treat, that’s even better. The problem is, many of the sorbets at the grocery are full of artificial ingredients like gums, stabilizers and “natural flavors” that are everything but natural.
