5 Easy Snacks for Back to School

Easy Back to School Snacks

The best snacks are delicious, made fresh and never disappoint. I think that these fit the bill.

Crispy Baked Mozzarella Bites with Marinara Sauce

Mozzarella Bites, Tomato Sauce

This  healthy spin on mozzarella sticks is super quick and easy to make. Not to mention, kids love almost anything that comes with a sauce for dipping. Visit 5 Minutes for Mom for the recipe.

Triple Berry Parfait

Berries, yogurt, parfait

Don’t be deterred by the parfait being served in a wine glass. I just did not feel like retaking this photo. Serve the parfait in anything you want. Make it kid friendly. Switch up the cereal if you want. Make the recipe yours.

Grilled & Buttered Almond Apple Banana Sandwich

Almond apple butter banana sandwich

This is a classic example of don’t “knock it until you try it”. Try this once, and you will be making this spin on a classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich again and again.

Chocolate and Peanut Butter Apples

These apples are super delicious and are the perfect combination of salty, crunchy and sweet.

Crispy Crunchy Fish Tacos

Fish Wraps, Fish Tacos

Oh my, these are so delicious! If your kids love fish sticks the will go crazy for these. Actually, I was never much of a fish stick fan and I love these fish taco wraps. It is a must try recipe!

Yes! Kids and nutrition can be a challenge. Fortunately I think that little “picky” eaters would approve of these snacks. Well, at least I hope so.

I am always looking for healthy snacks for work. These look wonderful. I have been taking yogurt and sprinkling granola on tip. Love that but I also love your other suggestions.

Fantastic ideas! I have a difficult time keeping up with my teenage son’s appetite for snacks, but I don’t like feeding him a lot of fried convenience foods. The mozzarella sticks make a healthy take on one of his favorites. I’ll be trying them this weekend!
