Baked Salmon Balls with Orange-Pineapple Glaze

Homemade salmon balls are so delicious that I wouldn’t dare buy them. Actually, I bought some from a organic market once and regretted it, so I went back to making my own.

We love salmon balls at our house. I always make extras and send them to school with the kids. I think they taste just as good cold as they do warm. I’ve never used any kind of glaze on mine, so I’m excited to try out this recipe!
