This breakfast is one of my fave of all-time. I love it so much, that we had it for breakfast this morning with a few additions and omissions. I used boiled eggs and tomatoes in the sandwich this morning instead of avocados and swapped chives for the dill. But, at the end of the day, it was still delicious.
This Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie is cool and refreshing and made with just a few simple ingredients. If you’ve got a bit more of a sweet tooth, you can also add some honey or agave syrup to taste.
There is something about a pink grapefruit that I can’t get enough of. The sweet yet tart juice running down my cheek is nature at it’s best. For those folks that have a hard time having breakfast in the morning…this may be the solution for you. I would probably pair my Pink Grapefruit with some protein (like that found in the salmon & avocado bagel) for a more complete breakfast.
