I love strawberries and I love pineapples. This warm weather is perfect to pair the two together. It’s like a double vitamin C punch! Vitamin C is great to boost wound healing, health and immunity. So pass a glass or two around.
Ingredients Serves 2
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup frozen pineapples
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (vanilla)
6 oz strawberry Greek yogurt (I always grab Chobani)
1/2 cup whole uncooked oats
Put all ingredients into a blender
Blend until smooth
*May add some sweetener or honey as desired but, I don’t miss the sweetener.
